Brookfield is proud to work with builder partner, Excel, which presents two newly built duplexes named Bentley and Emerson.

• The Bentley is a 1675 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. With a central great room and corner kitchen, this home is laid out with growing families in mind.
• The Emerson offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and an attached two-car garage in 1462 sq ft. Upstairs, you will find two linen closets and a laundry room along with the 3 bedrooms making the home a comfortable spot for families.

The Orchards hosted an event inspired by the diverse cultural influences present in the community. Visitors explored brand-new show homes, experiencing authentic colors and textures that reflected the cultures celebrated in The Orchards.

Guests toured the homes, participated in family-friendly activities, and had the chance to win exciting prizes, including gift cards to nearby restaurants.

As part of the experience, attendees sampled international delicacies from some of Edmonton’s diverse cuisines, including East Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, and Middle Eastern dishes.
