2021 CHBA EDMONTON FINALIST FOR BEST COMMUNITY

The Orchards Club House safely brings together this community. Living here gets you private access to the playground, spray park, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts and fire bowls. Our staff abides by capacity limits and sanitizes high-touch surfaces daily, including the playground equipment! As a resident of The Orchards, you can also join spring programs including yoga, Pilates, barre and dance classes for kids. Indoors, rooms are available for residents to rent for small indoor clubs and events (while abiding to Covid-19 protocols.)

Kids can safely walk to school to the Jan Reimer K-9 School, or the brand new Divine Mercy K-6 School which just opened in 2020. There are many asphalt trails and walking paths in the community, as well as three landscaped ponds with more planned for future development. Perfect for bike rides, jogging and afternoon picnics. The Orchards is close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants along Ellerslie and just a short five minute drive away from South Edmonton Common.

Every resident in The Orchards receives a flowering tree as a gift from Brookfield Residential. The street names continue with this theme and you could live on Cherry Loop, Plum Gate or Hawthorne Way. A unique touch which adds beauty and pride in a community. It’s possibly the most beautifully fragrant community in Edmonton.
