Every resident is automatically a member of The Orchards RA, and volunteer residents sit on the future governing Board of Directors.

The Club House is a spacious facility for members of our Residents’ Association and their guests. Enjoy programmed activities and fabulous facilities for all kinds of play, sports and events. You can rent the Club House for private events, including weddings, business meetings and more. It’s also home to Precious Sprouts Childcare Center.

RA Annual Fees

Every home in The Orchards pays fees of approximately $400 per year to the Residents Association. You can find answers to any questions about anything, including the fees, on our community RA website.
