Limit of one referral per home purchase. Applies to single family homes and semi-detached homes only. Payment ($500) will be made to the referrer by Brookfield Residential (the developer) 30 days after contract firming. Program is not applicable if purchaser is represented by a Realtor. Brookfield Employees and their immediate family are not eligible for the program. Referrer must reside in an active or legacy Brookfield community. Cannot be combined with any other referral offer.
